The previously rumored biopic of Steve Jobs, confirmed to be directed by Joshua Michael Stern appears not to only mentioning the bright side of the world’s most visionary mentor, but seems to unveil the addictions of the inventor as well.
Jobs: Get Inspired is said to address Steve’s addictions including LSD, space cake, weed, hashish and other drugs he was major consumer of in the 70’s. Steve’s passion for the sounds of Bob Dylan or the Beatles is no secret, and the director decided to recreate his life on screen without omitting important facts.
The filming of the movie began back in May. As we’ve already reported, it is Ashton Kutcher in the role of Steve. The details of the movie have leaked on several websites earlier today, sharing the images that demonstrate the actor “high” running around in the vast fields of California with his arms outstretched.
The movie is said to cover only the part of Steve’s life that is from 1971 to 2000, just before the release of the iPod. This 30-year-period of his life is considered to be most intriguing and interesting, and is believed to be the full of success and vacuum dots. Despite the fact that the presence of illegal substances in the biopic of the world’s greatest mentor may be somewhat out of place, it is widely believed that drugs have been a key element in his life. Even Steve had confessed that it was one of the most important experiences of his life, era of huge imagination.
Anyway, whatever the reactions may be, Joshua Michael Stern’s attempts to films a movie as close to reality as possible is clear. Check the images provided below and do not hesitate to express your opinion about the upcoming biopic- Jobs: Get Inspired!
