Rumored iOS 6.0.1 Is Now Available, Check What’s New And Download Directly


iOS 6.0.1 update has just been released for the sixth chief iteration of the iOS mobile operating system compatible with iPhone, iPod touches and iPad. This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including: 

Fixes a bug that prevents iPhone 5 from installing software updates wirelessly over the air 
Fixes a bug where horizontal lines may be displayed across the keyboard 
Fixes an issue that could cause camera flash to not go off 
Improves reliability of iPhone 5 and iPod touch (5th generation) when connected to encrypted WPA2 Wi-Fi networks 
Resolves an issue that prevents iPhone from using the cellular network in some instances 
Consolidated the Use Cellular Data switch for iTunes Match 
Fixes a Passcode Lock bug which sometimes allowed access to Passbook pass details from lock screen 
Fixes a bug affecting Exchange meetings

The update is compatible with iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 3GS, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini, iPod touch 5 and iPod touch 4 can get the update to iOS 6.0.1 over-the-air through the Settings > General > Software Update. Quite a bunch of issues got fixed, it so appears. Passcode lock bug that could access Passbook pass details from the lockscreen? Why didn't that issue go up in arms?
